Our Pretrial Court Support program offers free, compassionate support to individuals navigating the pre-charge and early court process. Whether you’re preparing for your first or second court appearance, we’re here to walk alongside you.

We help remove the stress and barriers that often come with court involvement by offering:
- Free Lyft rides to court hearings, our office, or other key appointments
- Prepaid phones so you can stay connected
- Clothing gift cards for appropriate court attire
- Childcare support in partnership with Anew (up to 4 hours on your court day)
- Personalized referrals to services that meet your needs
- Therapy, case management, and outpatient treatment (culturally rooted, trauma- focused care)
- Support with mental health services, diagnostic assessments, and ARMHS
Who qualifies?
To be eligible for the program, you must:

Be a Ramsey County resident

Your court case can be in any county
We also serve individuals who are staying in board and lodges, shelters, or are currently unhoused but located in Ramsey County.
