ilies who have done everything asked of them—worked hard, followed the rules, sought safety for their children—are now unable to work, pay rent, buy groceries, or keep the lights on simply because they are immigrants. Fear, instability, and uncertainty are shaping daily life, and the need for support is immediate.
Roots Wellness Center is raising mutual aid funds to cover rent, groceries, utilities, and other essential needs for community members impacted by ICE raids and enforcement. To protect confidentiality and ensure full transparency, funds are paid directly to landlords and vendors, and receipts are maintained for accountability.
