CTSSChildren’s Therapeutic Services and Supports (CTSS) (Children’s Therapeutic Services and Supports) Children’s Therapeutic Services and Supports (CTSS)ChChildren’s Therapeutic Services and Supports (CTSS)is a flexible package of mental health services for youth up to age 21 for clients diagnosed with difficulties in their functioning in-home, school and in the community due to their mental health symptoms. The services are delivered in-home, in-school, via telehealth, or in-community, using various treatments and combinations of services designed to reach outcomes identified in the individual and family treatment plan with the goals to restore the youth to an age and developmentally appropriate level of functioning, teach and practice skills to cope with mental health symptoms.
